Mon Petit Déjeuner - Minty Mango Coconut Smoothie

It kind of become my routine for every Sunday Morning that I will have a smoothie for breakfast, guess it is like a detox drink for me to get ready for the new week. I’m very picky on my drink, as I quite soft drink long time ago because it has too much sugar and chemical such as preservation or colouring in it which is proved not good for your health, especially for women while we pay so much for skincare and facial but seriously what we eat is most important to have good skin. So water and fresh fruit juice had become my everyday drink for the past 10 years.
I genuinely do not like to add ices and sugar into my drink but still like it to be chill and sweet, so frozen become my best buddy while making smoothie which make can make the smoothie chill but did not dilute the taste of the fruit so no need to add any more sugar in it. I bought a bag of frozen mango and mint leave the other day and decide to make my regularly mango smoothie a twisted by adding in mint for the fresh taste and substituted milk with coconut water (Sound very tropical all of the sudden.).
Coconut water is one of the recent hot item in the market, all of sudden there are so many new brands coming to the market. Coconut water has become one of the most popular and natural energy drinks because of the high potassium and mineral content, also low in fat and easily digested carbohydrates. Unlike to the coconut milk which is high in fat, coconut water was the clear fluid extract from young coconut and it very common to found at most tropical area. No matter what, I just love the nutty fresh juice from coconut.
Hope you like this Minty Mango Coconut smooth with the taste of tropical and also great taste and perfect for a cosy Morning.

½ cup Coconut water
2 tablespoon Greek Yoghurt
4-5 Mint Leaves
